Here to strengthen our current approach while bringing fresh ideas to the table is newest member of the 14forty HR team and People Business Partner, Amrit Saggu (CIPD).

Bringing over a decade of experience working in Human Resources at Hays, Secro, Interserve and Signet Jewellers, Amrit will be using her expertise to drive HR strategy - covering training, development and talent progression, recruitment and resourcing, and supporting account teams in their people strategies.

Amrit’s day-to-day will involve the delivery of HR services to internal client groups, while collaborating with partners in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent & Development and recruitment to provide guidance on major talent decisions and aid in creating operational success.
