And hard work and dedication pay off - just ask Doinita Arnautu, our Regional Manager on the Capita contract. After completing her apprenticeship, Doinita climbed her way to the top, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration along the way.

National Apprenticeship Week 2025 is all about recognising the impact of apprenticeships - and the incredible people behind them. Our apprenticeship team is currently made up of the following positions:
- 40% are in FM management – developing leadership skills and shaping operations.
- 20% are in catering - supporting workplaces with essential services.
- 13% are in cleaning - maintaining high standards in every environment.
- 13% are electricians - ensuring vital systems stay powered.
- 7% are in security - focused on safeguarding people and places.
- 7% are for Team Leaders - preparing for future management roles.
