Additionally, Compass UK&I now boasts a 97% client retention rate - a testament to her outstanding leadership. 

It is not only in business and culture where Morag has made great strides. From the moment she took charge, Morag recognised that net zero was not only a moral obligation but key to business success. 

Driven by Morag’s vision, our parent company, Compass Group UK&I, became the first UK contract caterer to promise Net Zero by 2030. She was also instrumental in driving 14forty’s sustainability initiatives, championing our own Net Zero goals and making our facilities management services environmentally responsible.
